Hatha originated in India in the 15th century. This type of yoga is slow-paced, gentle, and focused on postural alignment, breath and meditation. Her yoga style is tailored to her audience and she works alongside elite athletes to improve body condition, strength and flexibility. She can be booked for individual sessions.
